Terms of Service

AI Tender Desk provides tender discovery, alerting and workspace tools for businesses that bid for government, PSU and institutional work in India. Features are released in stages. A feature described as “coming soon” is not part of what you are buying today.

• You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by the team members you invite.
• The owner of an organisation controls its billing, its members and its data.

Tender data shown in AI Tender Desk is compiled from public and permitted sources. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant it. Deadlines, EMD amounts, eligibility conditions and corrigenda change, and the procuring authority’s own portal is always the authoritative record.

Before acting on any opportunity, verify it against the official tender document on the issuing portal. We are not liable for a missed deadline, a rejected bid or a lost opportunity.

Relevance scores are produced by deterministic rules applied to preferences you set. They indicate fit with your stated profile. They are not a prediction that you will qualify, and not a prediction that you will win.

Where AI-generated content is introduced in future releases, it is a draft for a human to review — never a substitute for your own professional judgement, and never a statement of fact about your company that you have not verified.

Sample opportunities labelled DEMO are illustrative. They are not live tenders and must not be acted on.

• Do not resell or redistribute tender data obtained through the service.
• Do not attempt to access another organisation’s data.
• Do not upload malware, or content you have no right to upload.
• Do not use the service to circumvent any procurement portal’s access controls.

Documents and information you upload remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display them back to your own organisation so the service can function.

• Plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay under their terms.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Part-periods are not refunded except where required by law.

Where an enterprise customer engages a Synergy Lease tender executive for assisted submission, that executive acts on your instructions and is given access only to the tender files you designate. Their activity is recorded in your audit log. Responsibility for the content and correctness of a submitted bid remains yours.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost tenders, lost profit or lost business opportunity.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
