How AI Tender Desk works
Most tenders are not lost at the bid stage. They are lost because nobody saw them in time. This is what we do about that.

Step 1
Tell us what your business does
Describe your company in your own words and pick the categories you work in — CCTV, networking, data centre, solar, civil works, whatever it is you actually deliver.
Onboarding takes five short steps. Nothing here is a fifty-field form.
Step 2
Set the boundaries that matter
Preferred states and cities, minimum and maximum tender value, buyer types, sources, and the keywords you never want to see.
You can also allow highly relevant opportunities from outside those boundaries, so a good tender is never silently dropped.
Step 3
We evaluate every tender against your profile
Each opportunity is scored against your preferences using deterministic rules — keywords, category, geography, value band, buyer type and source.
Every score comes with the factor breakdown that produced it. You can always see why something reached you.
Step 4
One ranked digest, every morning
Strong matches first, then possible matches, then the rest. Delivered to WhatsApp, email and your dashboard at 8:00 AM IST.
One message a day, not fifty. You can change the time and the channels at any point.
A note on what the AI does today
Relevance scoring in AI Tender Desk today is deterministic and rule-based. It applies the preferences you set, and it shows you the arithmetic. It is not a language model guessing, and it is not a prediction of whether you will win.
Semantic search, tender summarisation and eligibility analysis are being built next. When they arrive, every conclusion they draw will be traceable to a specific clause in a specific document — because a tender platform that invents a fact is worse than no platform at all.
